• Affiliates must not engage in fraudulent activity, including self-referrals, fake accounts, or artificial traffic generation.

4. Commission & Payouts

• Commissions are performance-based and vary based on sign-ups and activity.
• Payouts are processed on a monthly basis by our affiliate partners and will be credited in accordance with standard business timelines.
• Poker Boot Camp India reserves the right to modify commission structures at any time.

5. Termination & Violations

• Affiliates violating these terms may have their accounts suspended or terminated without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to withhold unpaid commissions if fraudulent activity is detected.
• Affiliates may terminate their participation at any time by notifying us at pokerbootcampindia@gmail.com.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• Poker Boot Camp India does not guarantee any specific income or success from this program.
• We are not responsible for any legal consequences, financial losses, or liabilities arising from an affiliate’s actions.
• By joining, you agree that Poker Boot Camp India is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
